Every 3 months (in February, May, August, and November), Zoom enforces a new minimum version.

To avoid an interruption with joining group meetings, periodically update your browser and the Zoom Workplace app to ensure you are using the latest version. If you are running an unsupported version, you will not be able to join Bluetooth group meetings.
