If you are having trouble either installing or with PTS recognizing the radio module (dongle), you can view the HELP in the PTS Application.
Please also see the troubleshooting suggestion and follow the steps carefully. When uninstalling the driver, be sure to CHECK the box “Delete the driver software for this device.” And click “OK”.
If this fix does not work you may need to consult with your IT department for possible permissions or credential issues.
