You should submit a Support Request to update the Primary Contact.
The new Primary Contact must have a user account on bluetooth.com. If the new Primary Contact does not already have a user account, have the person set up a new user account before submitting the Support Request. To set up a new user account, go to the User Account Application.
We require a confirmation from the current Primary Contact that this update can be made. If the current Primary Contact is no longer available to confirm (e.g., if the Primary Contact left the company example), please let us know when submitting your request. We may reach out to other users on the account or require documentation to validate the change request.
