The Bluetooth SIG member awards program recognizes the individuals who shape Bluetooth technology each year. Awards are presented annually at the Bluetooth SIG Member Summit reception and acknowledge the contributors, leaders, and engineers whose work makes the specifications, the qualification process, and the community work.
Who this applies to: All Bluetooth SIG members in good standing. Some awards are decided by member vote; others are awarded at the Board of Directors' discretion. Eligibility and process vary by award.

- The lifetime achievement award is discretionary and decided by the Board of Directors. There is no formal nomination form or voting process.
- Final approval. All awards are approved by the Board of Directors before the winners are announced.
- Recognition. Awards are presented at the annual Bluetooth SIG Member Summit reception.
