Only Bluetooth SIG member companies are licensed to use the Bluetooth Trademarks (collectively, the Bluetooth word mark and logos and the Auracast word mark and logos) in association with products they are branding as their own, as agreed to in the Bluetooth Trademark License Agreement (BTLA). Another company cannot co-share this license. The Bluetooth Trademarks shall only be used in relation to products and services that have undergone and completed the Bluetooth Qualification Process.
