The Bluetooth Trademarks (Bluetooth word mark and logos and Auracast word mark and logos) are registered trademarks owned by the Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG) and any use of the marks must be done under license. However, the Bluetooth Trademarks can be used within a textbook or other type of book with no additional license required as the use would be for educational purposes. If you are using the marks in relation to a book, there are two requirements. The Bluetooth and Auracast figure mark and/or combination marks cannot be used on the cover of the book. Second, any use of the marks must be sourced properly (via the trademark footnote), and the marks must be used in accordance with the Bluetooth Brand Guide, which can be downloaded here.
