There are two ways to file an Issue (ticket) into PTS Issue Tracking System. You can file an issue against a specific PTS test case by right-clicking the test case in the PTS Workspace Tool Window and selecting "Report PTS Issue", then filling out the remainder of the information, including attaching ALL LOGS.
You can also go to Help & Support and file an issue directly. Members should log in before submitting a support case. Please be sure that either way, you include ALL logs, including debug and protocol trace log files.
