IOPT test cases can be found in the IOPT Test Suite beginning in section 4.3. 

For IOPT test cases that are mapped to another test suite, the test cases can be found in the respective profile or service in PTS.

For example, IOPT/HFP/AG/SDPR/BV-01-I [SDP Record – Audio Gateway role] can be found under HFP > IOPT.

For option 2a - new designs that combine multiple existing designs (QPRD v3), only unlocked IOPT test cases need to be run. In the image above, unlocked test cases do not have a lock next to them.
