If you do not receive your registration or lost password email in a timely manner, it may be because the email is caught in your company’s spam filter or was filed in your junk folder. Check your junk folder and spam filter for the message.
To help prevent this from happening, please add “bluetooth.org” to your list of allowed domains. You may also need to contact your IT department to make sure emails from us are always allowed through your spam filter. See I cannot receive emails from the Bluetooth SIG about updating your whitelist.
