The DoC and SDoC are the Declaration of Compliance and Supplier Declaration of Conformity documents that should be downloaded, signed, and placed in the Compliance Folder for each Declaration listing. The compliance folder is stored on-site for any future audits. Each individual who has the listing assigned to them will have access the DoC and SDoC documents after the listings are transferred to them. They can access them by going to the My Listings page.
What is the DoC?
The Declaration of Compliance (DoC) is a Member’s official declaration that their products have met all requirements and conditions of the Membership Agreements (the Qualification Process being one of the requirements). The DoC is applicable to each Member when completing the Declaration Process.
What is the SDoC?
The Supplier Declaration of Conformity (SDoC) is a declaration limited to the Member’s completion of the Qualification Process and must be included in a Member’s Compliance Folder. The SDoC is only applicable to the Member who originally completed the Qualification Process for a given Design.
Who signs the declarations?
Both the SDoC and DoC must be signed by a duly authorized representative of the Member company completing the Qualification and Declaration Processes. The SDoC and/or DoC cannot be completed on behalf of another Member company.
