Incorrect Login Information
Ensure you are using your email address as your username. In November 2025 we switched to emails as usernames, so your saved credentials may be defaulting to an old username
If you forgot your password, you can reset it here. After requesting to reset your password, you should receive an email with a link to update your password.
Not receiving the validation email
Check your SPAM folder
- The decision to mark a message as SPAM or mark it as suspicious is a choice your company or email provider makes. In some cases, you can adjust the criteria that are used to make that determination, but the criteria are determined by your company or email provider alone. As every company determines its unique criteria for SPAM or suspicious email, the Bluetooth SIG is unable to make modifications to our system for individual users or companies.

Do not have access to the email address associated with the account
If your email address has changed because you work for a different company, you will need to create a new user account under your current company.
If the email address on your account belongs to another user, please stop using their login credentials and create a new account for yourself; a membership account can have an unlimited number of user accounts.
Individuals must apply for user accounts themselves since website users must agree to the Terms of Use.
Creating a Bluetooth User Account
If you still work for the company under which you created your user account and your email address has changed for any reason, you will need to submit a support request to update your email address.
If you are still unable to log into your account
If you have tried all of the above steps and still cannot log in to your Bluetooth.com user account, please submit a support request, and we will respond as soon as possible.
