The Primary Contact for your company's membership account has administrative rights and can deactivate individual user accounts.
Deactivate a User Account:
- Log on to www.bluetooth.com
- Click on "My Blue" in the top navigation
- Click on "Go to My Settings" in the left navigation
- Open tab "My Company Settings"
- Deactivate the user accounts (contacts)
- Click Save
If you do not know your company's Primary Contact, or if the Primary Contact needs to be updated, please submit a support request.
