The Primary Contact for your company's membership account has administrative rights and can deactivate individual user accounts. You can see who your company's primary contact is on the My Membership page
Deactivate a User Account:
- User accounts are listed on the My Membership page
- Select the user(s) to deactivate
- Select "Deactivate"
