If your company is already a member of Bluetooth SIG, you can apply for your own user account by following the instructions below. A company's membership account can have an unlimited number of user accounts. Individuals must apply for user accounts themselves since website users must agree to the Terms of Use.
User Account Application Instructions
- Go to User Account Application
- Once you submit the application, your new user account will be automatically approved if you apply with an email address that has a domain that is already registered with the membership account
- Our website will send you an email to validate your email address.
- You will receive the validation email from noreply@bluetooth.com
- Please follow the instructions in that email to validate your email address and activate the user account
- If you do not receive the validation email, please follow these steps:
- Check your spam filter/junk folder for the validation email from noreply@bluetooth.com
- See the Knowledge Base article I cannot receive emails from the Bluetooth SIG to ensure email deliverability from Bluetooth SIG.
- You can submit a support ticket, and we will resend the validation email to you
- If you still cannot find the validation email or run into any other issues, submit a support ticket
