The Implementation Conformance Statement (ICS) is a summary of a given layer’s specification features/capabilities and their support conditionals represented in a table-based format. The ICS is a good way to get a high-level picture of what a specification includes and what a Design needs to support. All published ICS documents can be downloaded from the Qualification Test Requirements page.
The Member is required to complete an ICS to indicate the capabilities they support in each of their Design’s supported layers. The completion of the ICS is done using Launch Studio. Members must complete the ICS in accordance with the defined status conditionals and have 0 Invalids reported in their Consistency Check. (Invalids are reported when there is any inconsistency between the status requirements and a Member’s selections.)
