The Bluetooth word mark and logos are registered trademarks owned by the Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG) and the Auracast word mark and logos are trademarks owned by the Bluetooth SIG and any use of the marks must be done under license. However, the Bluetooth or Auracast word mark and/or logos can be used within a textbook or other type of book with no additional license required as the use would be for educational purposes. If you are using the marks in relation to a book, there are two requirements. The Bluetooth or Auracast figure mark and/or combination mark cannot be used on the cover of the book. Second, any use of the marks must be sourced properly (via the trademark footnote), and the marks must be used in accordance with the Bluetooth Brand Guide, which can be downloaded here.
