If a member attended a meeting, but their attendance was not logged, then they can be added to the attendance list manually by using the Roll Call button.
The Roll Call button is only available for 48 hours after the meeting. If the attendance list needs to be updated but the Roll Call button is no longer available, then submit a support request and include the meeting name, date, and user(s) to be added.
- Go to the Groups page on bluetooth.org: https://www.bluetooth.org/groups/default.aspx
- Select a group.
- Click View Attendance Report.
- Click Roll Call (in the Total Attendees column).
- Click Add Individuals.
- Search for the member's name and select their name from the dropdown.
- Click Add User.
- Click Finish.
