If your product was recently removed from the online marketplace due to a complaint, please note the complaint is in regard to the incorrect usage of one or more of the Bluetooth trademarks (TMK recordation numbers: 2909356/4818162/4818161/2911905/3389311).
If your product, the packaging, or your website is using the Bluetooth trademarks (the word Bluetooth or the logo)—without being a licensee and/or without the seller or manufacturer properly qualifying and listing the product—then the use of the trademarks is in violation.
A license to use the word mark and logo is given when a company registers for membership in the Bluetooth SIG, and the product passes the Qualification and Listing process. Without this license, it is unlawful for products to include the word Bluetooth or the logos anywhere on the product, in the product description, on the packaging, on the website, etc. All sellers (including Amazon) of an unlicensed Bluetooth product receive the same Intellectual Property Rights Notice.
Complaints will not be withdrawn until a fully compliant declaration for the product is completed, or proof of an existing one is provided. Please follow instructions from the marketplace on the process for handling the violation.
