The Publish Date must be on or after the Listing Date, but no later than 90 days from when a project is submitted.

In Launch Studio, under the Publish Date entry, you can delay the inclusion of your product in the publicly available database for up to 90 days after you submit your product.

Please note that Bluetooth Products must be added to a listing and published on or before the date that you begin to sell or distribute the product. Products that appear to have not completed the Bluetooth Qualification Process may be impounded by customs authorities and subject to Bluetooth SIG enforcement actions.
