Supplier Portal Policy
As a not-for-profit technology standards organization, Bluetooth maintains a small administrative staff whose focus is necessarily limited to areas where efficiency is highest. As a result, our policy is - Bluetooth does not engage, use, or transact via membership company supplier portals, simply because the administrative burden and costs are too high for our small organization. It is also the reason for the strict Bluetooth policy of payment-in-advance for all fees. We do not offer payment terms to our member companies on any type of fees.
Data & Information on Transacting with Bluetooth
Over 2,500+ member companies transact with Bluetooth each year. Transaction types include associate membership fees, declaration fees, UUID fees, event fees, licensing fees, compliance fees, BQFT fees, etc.
All 2,500+ companies transact with Bluetooth in one of three ways:
- Get an Associate membership invoice via email from Bluetooth, then pay via ACH/Wire directly to Bluetooth
- Generate an invoice on the Bluetooth website, then pay via ACH/Wire directly to Bluetooth
- Pay with a credit card on the Bluetooth website.
Every company pays in-advance via the methods above without exception.
